We address economic, social and cultural rights (ESCR) issues, which seek to ensure a level of material well-being for all, in accordance with human dignity and the reduction of social inequality. We also incorporate studies on food processes and human rights, and influence the monitoring of rights and the debate on key issues, both nationally and internationally, especially through the United Nations Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR).
