We seek equality for indigenous and Afro-descendant populations. We are present in the design, accompaniment and strengthening of participation and prior consultation mechanisms related to natural resources and extractive industries. We also monitor decisions that affect these population groups and promote affirmative actions, especially in the areas of employment and education.
