This document intends to reflect on the proposal for reform to the Superior Council of the Judiciary contained in the Draft Legislative Act 153 of the House and Senate Act “through which a reform of balance of powers and institutional readjustment is adopted and other provisions “. This analysis includes the texts adopted until the third debate.
