This book is the product of a reflection process that included various human rights and women’s rights organizations which took place in 2007. The groups that came together for this process shared a common past characterized by armed conflicts and military regimes responsible for massive human rights violations of their citizens. Organizations come from Argentina, Chile, Perú, Guatemala and Colombia, where the armed conflict and human rights violation continue today.
