Lawyer, specialist and master in Criminal Law from EAFIT University. In recent years she has worked as a researcher on criminal policy, penitentiary law and gender issues. Regarding the latter, she has focused mainly on the study of problems around the construction and implementation of the gender approach in the Colombian penitentiary and prison system. Likewise, she has taught in areas such as criminal law and constitutional law. Currently works in the Rule of Law, Justice, and Democracy team.
