We carry out research, critical reflection, and advocacy activities to uncover the logics and effects of transitional justice initiatives and measures implemented in Colombia and the Global South. With that knowledge, we promote legal, social, and political practices inside and outside the country that uphold the rights of victims of atrocious crimes to truth, justice, reparation, and non-repetition in both judicial and extrajudicial settings, while also fostering social justice and enabling society to dissent or build political consensus peacefully.
