El próximo 9 de septiembre a partir de las 8 am se llevará a cabo una audiencia pública dentro del estudio que adelanta la Corte Constitucional por las demandas de inconstitucionalidad en contra del acto legislativo 02 de 2015 conocido como equilibrio de poderes.<\/p>\n
La demanda se ha presentado contra los artículos 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 y 19. <\/p>\n
En la audiencia, que se llevará a cabo en la Sala de Audiencias de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, participarán el Presidente Santos, el Ministro del Interior y el Ministro de Justicia, quienes hicieron parte del proceso normativo; Álvaro Uribe Vélez y Jorge Enrique Robledo como miembros de la oposición y voceros de los partidos politicos, así como el Procurador Alejandro Ordoñez Maldonado. <\/p>\n
Rodrigo Uprimny, director de Dejusticia intervendrá en calidad de experto a las 11 am.<\/p>\n
Las preguntas que han sido invitados a responder las instituciones públicas, académicas y ciudadanas invitadas para centrar el debate seran:<\/p>\n
1. ¿Cuál es el impacto de los artículos del Acto Legislativo 2 de 2015 en el diseño constitucional de la administración de justicia y en el equilibrio de poderes?<\/p>\n
2. ¿Al aprobar los referidos artículos el Congreso de la República actuó dentro del marco de su competencia constitucional o excedió los límites al ejercicio del poder de reforma de la Constitución?<\/p>\n
3. De considerer que el Congreso de la República incurrió en el vicio competencial de sustitución de la constitución ¿cuáles fueron los principios identificatorios o ejes definitorios de la Constitución que a su juicio pudieron se transgredidos?<\/p>\n
