Su&nbsp;objetivo es proveer herramientas conceptuales, doctrinales y sociojur&iacute;dicas para comprender e impulsar la aplicaci&oacute;n de los DESC en instancias nacionales y regionales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El curso ser&aacute; dictado por acad&eacute;micos y juristas reconocidos de Am&eacute;rica Latina y otras regiones, como Harsh Mander de la Corte Suprema de India, &nbsp;Nadejda Marques, experta en el derecho a la salud y Malcolm Langford, de la Universidad de Oslo y codirector de la Escuela.<\/p>\n<p>Los alumnos, seleccionados de entre cientos de aplicaciones al curso, podr&aacute;n acceder a formaci&oacute;n avanzada en jurisprudencia, litigio e investigaci&oacute;n sobre derechos sociales, econ&oacute;micos y culturales.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas sesiones estar&aacute;n disponibles en streaming para todo el p&uacute;blico a trav&eacute;s de nuestra p&aacute;gina web.<\/p>\n<p>El taller ha sido coordinado por Dejusticia y el Programa de Justicia Global de Derechos Humanos de la Universidad de los Andes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This course will take place from the 14th to the 18th of September.
