Se realizar\u00e1 en Bogot\u00e1 en el Edificio de Posgrados de la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas de la UN.<\/p>\n

El 16 de junio se realizar\u00e1 la conferencia
\ninaugural sobre los \u201cRetos y lecciones aprendidas de la restituci\u00f3n de
\ntierras en el contexto internacional\u201d, a cargo de Barbara McCallin
\n(Suiza) experta en desplazamiento forzado y problemas de propiedad de
\ntierras, quien ha trabajado para el Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre (IDMC).<\/a><\/p>\n

El primer d\u00eda los asistentes podr\u00e1n elegir una de las siguientes mesas de profundizaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Derechos Territoriales, Restituci\u00f3n de Tierras y Construcci\u00f3n de Paz.<\/li>\n
  2. Pol\u00edticas Ambientales, de Desarrollo y Restituci\u00f3n de Tierras.<\/li>\n
  3. Acuerdo Agrario, Procesos de Paz y Restituci\u00f3n de Tierras. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Igualmente, durante el segundo d\u00eda se tendr\u00e1n las siguientes tres mesas de trabajo:<\/p>\n

    1. Derechos de comunidades campesinas. An\u00e1lisis
      \nsobre los procesos de organizaci\u00f3n colectiva y modelos de sostenibilidad
      \n para v\u00edctimas del conflicto.<\/li>\n
    2. Retos jur\u00eddicos y sociales para el tratamiento de la Ocupaci\u00f3n Secundaria en el marco de la Restituci\u00f3n de Tierras. <\/li>\n
    3. Reflexiones sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n del Enfoque de G\u00e9nero en la Pol\u00edtica de Restituci\u00f3n de Tierras. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      La conferencia de cierre, el 17 de junio,
      \ntratar\u00e1 acerca de \u201cla restituci\u00f3n de tierras. Aportes a la construcci\u00f3n
      \nde paz en Colombia\u201d. En ella hablar\u00e1n Federico Andreu, miembro de la
      \nComisi\u00f3n Internacional de Juristas y el padre Francisco de Roux,
      \nsacerdote jesuita y acad\u00e9mico experto en temas como inclusi\u00f3n, igualdad y
      \n la paz en Colombia.<\/p>\n
