otras organizaciones sociales y expertos en temas penitenciarios y carcelarios, ha firmado un comunicado a la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica para alertar sobre las incosistencias de la iniciativa que cursa en el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica para reformar la ley 1760 de 2015.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Basada en la prevalencia de la libertad y la presunci\u00f3n de inocencia, la Comisi\u00f3n hace un llamado a los parlamentarios para que no aplacen la entrada en vigencia de varias dispocisiones de la ley 1760, pues esto va en contrav\u00eda de las \u00f3rdenes dictadas por la Corte Constitucional en el marco
