Dejusticia, junto con otras organizaciones, intervino a favor de la tutela presentada por el abogado Elson Rafael Rodrigo Rodr\u00edguez Beltr\u00e1n en contra de m\u00faltiples entidades del Estado por los problemas que afectan a los ni\u00f1os Way\u00fau, alegando 266 muertes entre 2015 y 2016 por cuenta de la desnutrici\u00f3n; as\u00ed como la falta de cumplimiento de las medidas cautelares que orden\u00f3 la Comisi\u00f3n Interamericana de Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n
