legislador para imponer pol\u00edticas fiscales.<\/p>\n<p>Una lectura de los est\u00e1ndares internacionales de derechos humanos y constitucionales permite afirmar que un impuesto a las bebidas azucaradas es una medida coherente, adecuada y conveniente para la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos constitucionales a la salud, la alimentaci\u00f3n y los derechos de los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>A nivel internacional la OMS y la OPS han expedido normas claras recomendando la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas fiscales como una estrategia efectiva en la reducci\u00f3n de la obesidad.<\/p>\n<p>En el plano nacional, la Ley de Obesidad y diversos documentos de pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica ratifican el deber y compromiso del Estado colombiano de reducir la obesidad y promover una alimentaci\u00f3n
