5 years after the Victims\u2019 and Collective Territories Restitution Law was passed a seminar evaluates its impact on indigenous and Afro-Descendent communities in Colombia. <\/span><\/p>\n

The discussions in this seminar, as well as the conclusions that will be drawn from it, will be very useful for parties interested in protecting the rights of indigenous peoples and Afro-descendent communities.<\/p>\n

Desde funcionarios del Estado hasta l\u00edderes de organizaciones sociales encontrar\u00e1n en este espacio una oportunidad para reflexionar colectivamente sobre los primeros cinco a\u00f1os de implementaci\u00f3n de las leyes que brindaron el derecho a las comunidades sobre los territorios de los que fueron desplazados y despojados en el desarrollo del conflicto armado en Colombia.<\/p>\n
