Esa situaci\u00f3n explica la existencia de diagn\u00f3sticos encontrados sobre la justicia colombiana y por ello \u00e9sta se encuentra en la encrucijada, ya que podr\u00edan aprobarse reformas que profundicen algunas transformaciones democr\u00e1ticas de la misma, o que por el contrario  impliquen regresiones autoritarias.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This article gives a general overview of the situation of Colombian justice.
