El art\u00edculo se compone de dos partes separadas pero complementarias. En primer lugar, se estudian los or\u00edgenes del pre\u00e1mbulo de la carta de 1991 en la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente. En segundo lugar, se analiza el contenido, alcance y valor normativo del pre\u00e1mbulo y la jurisprudencia m\u00e1s relevante de la Corte Constitucional respecto de cada uno de sus apartes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Preambles to the Latin American Constitutions (Madrid 2001).
