Para ello exploraremos dos v\u00edas: una que llamaremos indirecta y la otra directa. <\/p>\n<p>Por la v\u00eda indirecta trataremos de determinar si la jurisprudencia constitucional ha tenido alguna incidencia en la determinaci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de personas que son sometidas a las condiciones de vida carcelaria.
