En esta ponencia defenderemos la tesis b\u00e1sica de que el establecimiento de un di\u00e1logo fluido entre las dimensiones jur\u00eddica y pol\u00edtica de la justicia transicional, de un lado, y la dimensi\u00f3n psicosocial de la justicia transicional, de otro lado, es de fundamental relevancia. A pesar de no ser expertos en el tema psicosocial, consideramos que la enorme disociaci\u00f3n que existe en la actualidad entre esas dimensiones es muy preocupante para las elaboraciones conceptuales y para las implementaciones pr\u00e1cticas de la justicia transicional en Colombia. <\/p>\n

En efecto, la problem\u00e1tica psicosocial es central para la justicia transicional, tanto en lo que se refiere al derecho a la reparaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edctimas ?tema en el que es evocada con m\u00e1s frecuencia-, como en lo que tiene que ver con las categor\u00edas de verdad, justicia y garant\u00eda de no repetici\u00f3n. A su vez, los discursos pol\u00edtico y jur\u00eddico de la justicia transicional constituyen elementos fundamentales para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n psicosocial de las v\u00edctimas.
\nEn consecuencia, la tajante divisi\u00f3n disciplinaria en torno a la reflexi\u00f3n te\u00f3rica sobre la justicia transicional y la tajante divisi\u00f3n del trabajo en torno a la implementaci\u00f3n de la justicia transicional en Colombia que surgen como consecuencia de la falta de di\u00e1logo entre la dimensi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, jur\u00eddica y psicosocial de la justicia transicional deben ser superadas, con el fin de analizar los problemas de las v\u00edctimas y de hallarles soluciones desde una perspectiva que no sea parcial o sesgada. Para ello, es fundamental tender puentes conceptuales entre el discurso jur\u00eddico-pol\u00edtico y el discurso psicosocial de la justicia transicional, as\u00ed como entre los esfuerzos que los diferentes sectores de la sociedad y el Estado est\u00e1n realizando para la implementaci\u00f3n de tales discursos en la pr\u00e1ctica. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
