En la primera se explican las causas del desequilibrio actual (reelecci\u00f3n presidencial inmediata, crisis de representaci\u00f3n, respaldo popular y actitud gubernamental); en la segunda se analizan algunas experiencias internacionales sobre procesos de nombramiento de los altos cargos del Estado y en la \u00faltima se aborda el tema de la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo. Se avanza en la discusi\u00f3n por instituci\u00f3n y se profundiza \u00fanicamente en el caso de la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo,porque el proceso de nominaci\u00f3n y designaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 adelantarse en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The article examines the possible causes and potential impacts of institutional imbalances at the governmental level in Colombia.
