{"id":26055,"date":"2008-05-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-05-01T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dejusticia.org\/human-rights-guide\/"},"modified":"2017-04-11T07:26:48","modified_gmt":"2017-04-11T12:26:48","slug":"human-rights-guide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/develop.dejusticia.org\/en\/human-rights-guide\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Rights Guide"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Gu\u00eda pr\u00e1ctica del Sistema Internacional de Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos es un esfuerzo por mejorar la calidad de la informaci\u00f3n relacionada con el Sistema, toda vez que quienes est\u00e1n interesados en temas de justicia, orden p\u00fablico, conflicto y otros relacionados con el seguimiento a las disposiciones internacionales de derechos humanos cuenten con las herramientas necesarias para hacerlo con calidad, conocimiento y eficiencia. <\/p>\n<p>La publicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 dirigida a periodistas, investigadores, funcionarios p\u00fablicos, estudiantes y ciudadanos en general, que se encuentran interesados en el control del Estado en t\u00e9rminos del avance de los derechos humanos. <\/p>\n<p>La Gu\u00eda presenta la informaci\u00f3n relacionada con la estructura, las funciones y otros datos importantes de los sistemas internacionales de protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos relevantes para Colombia. Adem\u00e1s, en ella se encuentran cinco mapas institucionales que buscan facilitar la consulta de quienes deben manejar esta informaci\u00f3n en su trabajo cotidiano:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Un esquema general de los sistemas internacionales de protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos<br \/>\n&#8211; Los principales organismos de protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos en el Sistema Universal de la ONU<br \/>\n&#8211; Las principales instituciones encargadas de aplicar el derecho penal internacional en el Sistema Universal<br \/>\n&#8211; La conformaci\u00f3n interna de la Corte Penal Internacional<br \/>\n&#8211; Las particularidades del Sistema Interamericano de Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos<\/p>\n<p>La Gu\u00eda es el resultado final de un esfuerzo de formaci\u00f3n, que comenz\u00f3 con un curso para periodistas realizado en el primer semestre del a\u00f1o 2007. Diecisiete profesionales de los principales medios del pa\u00eds, as\u00ed como docentes de las mejores calidades participaron en el ejercicio.
