Para esto, el texto est\u00e1 dedicado a justificar desde el punto de vista normativo y pr\u00e1ctico, por qu\u00e9 resulta necesario y fundamental incluir perspectivas diferenciales en el proyecto de ley y, en particular, una perspectiva de g\u00e9nero. En este sentido, se sostiene que esta perspectiva deber\u00eda ser incluida como un eje transversal que permita, por una parte, responder adecuadamente a los impactos diferenciados del conflicto en las mujeres y la poblaci\u00f3n LGBT, y por la otra, articular diferentes medidas encaminadas a garantizar y promover los derechos de las v\u00edctimas de violaciones a los derechos humanos basadas en el g\u00e9nero, en el marco de la violencia armada en Colombia. Para esto, se indica qu\u00e9 es la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y se indica por qu\u00e9 deber\u00eda ser incluida como un eje transversal del estatuto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This document pretends to develop a proposal to include the gender perspective in the Victims Statute that is now in the Congress.
