Este documento es un esfuerzo de presentar propuestas desde las organizaciones de la sociedad civil, para que el Estado de cumplimiento a la sentencia T-496 de 2008 de la Corte Constitucional.<\/p>\n

Se busca as\u00ed contribuir a superar los problemas de programas de protecci\u00f3n que cobijan a v\u00edctimas y testigos de graves violaciones a derechos humanos e infracciones a derecho internacional humanitario.<\/p>\n
