{"id":27700,"date":"2012-10-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-10-26T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dejusticia.org\/south-american-justice\/"},"modified":"2017-04-11T07:51:30","modified_gmt":"2017-04-11T12:51:30","slug":"south-american-justice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/develop.dejusticia.org\/en\/south-american-justice\/","title":{"rendered":"South american justice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cuidado Asonal: si se concreta una idea de los hermanos bolivarianos, en el pr\u00f3ximo paro les podr\u00edan tener un remplazo internacional para que no se represe la legalizaci\u00f3n de las capturas.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una propuesta presentada formalmente por el Fiscal ecuatoriano que busca  la creaci\u00f3n de una \u201cCorte Penal de la Uni\u00f3n de Naciones Suramericanas (Unasur)\u201d, cuyo prop\u00f3sito ser\u00eda \u201ccombatir el crimen organizado en la regi\u00f3n de manera m\u00e1s coordinada y mediante un marco jur\u00eddico internacional\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por la informaci\u00f3n de prensa disponible parece que la idea todav\u00eda est\u00e1 m\u00e1s en borrador que otra cosa, pero sus promotores afirman que con el establecimiento de esta Corte se entrar\u00eda a combatir de manera conjunta delitos como el narcotr\u00e1fico, la trata de personas, la corrupci\u00f3n, y los delitos ambientales. Y eso por lo pronto, pues la idea es que m\u00e1s adelante vengan nuevas conductas para castigar.<\/p>\n<p>La cuesti\u00f3n nos interesa pues en el Unasur estamos embarcados con Ecuador, Per\u00fa, Argentina, Brasil, Bolivia, Chile, Guyana, Paraguay, Surinam, Uruguay y Venezuela. Es m\u00e1s, seg\u00fan el fiscal ecuatoriano (<a href=\"http:\/\/laradiodelsur.com\/?p=123324\" target=\"Blank\">escuche la entrevista<\/a> ) su propuesta ya recibi\u00f3 el apoyo de su colega colombiano Eduardo Montealegre.  <\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se alinear\u00eda una Corte de este tipo con nuestra pol\u00edtica criminal? Es m\u00e1s, \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 ayudar\u00eda a nuestro sistema de justicia y a la estrategia de investigaci\u00f3n que propone el Fiscal Montealegre para combatir la impunidad en Colombia? O \u00bfC\u00f3mo comulga la idea de una corte transnacional contra el narcotr\u00e1fico cuando Colombia est\u00e1 pidiendo pista para la discusi\u00f3n sobre la despenalizaci\u00f3n de la comercializaci\u00f3n de ciertas drogas?<\/p>\n<p>Las continuas y complicad\u00edsimas crisis de nuestra justicia ya llenan nuestro plato \u2013 eso sin ir tan lejos como para entrar a debatir el dif\u00edcil tema de complementariedad entre nuestra justicia y la Corte Penal Internacional \u2013, como para que nos pongamos a hacer juego a esta quijotada.<\/p>\n<p>La cruzada ecuatoriana y venezolana en contra de todo lo que les suene a imperialismo ya tiene en jaque a la OEA y, con ella, tiene en grave riesgo de retroceso al sistema interamericano de derechos humanos. Una campa\u00f1a en la que como Estado no hemos abierto mucho la boca para defender el sistema de derechos humanos. Ahora el imperialismo parece estar en la Haya.<\/p>\n<p>Que se prepare la FIFA. No ser\u00eda nada extra\u00f1o que ahora que estamos a media eliminatoria mundialista se empiece a cocinar la idea de una Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de Futbol para la Unasur. Una que de verdad garantice la independencia y soberan\u00eda de nuestro futbol suramericano.<\/p>\n<p>Y a todas estas, \u00bfQu\u00e9 opini\u00f3n le merece esta propuesta a la Canciller\u00eda colombiana?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Let the FIFA be prepared.
