You are in one of the happiest countries of the world (again)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La \u00faltima encuesta de WIN-Gallup sobre la (in)felicidad en el mundo contraataca. Colombia ocupa el primer lugar en felicidad de 54 pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las grandes conclusiones de la encuesta es que, a pesar de la crisis econ\u00f3mica, la gente en general en el mundo dice ser feliz. Es decir, que el dinero no tendr\u00eda mucho que ver con qu\u00e9 tan feliz alguien se sienta. Entonces, si no es la plata, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 los colombianos fueron los m\u00e1s felices en 2012? Yo s\u00ed que no creo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canalrcnmsn.com\/noticias\/colombia_es_el_pa%C3%ADs_m%C3%A1s_feliz_del_mundo_seg%C3%BAn_encuesta\" target=\"Blank\"> en lo que dice RCN<\/a> , que es por \u201cla alegr\u00eda de los colombianos [que] tiene ese toque que los hace sobresalir\u201d y que es porque somos el pa\u00eds donde hay \u201cm\u00e1s reinados, fiestas y puentes festivos del mundo\u201d. A m\u00ed los festivos me hacen feliz, s\u00ed, pero no s\u00e9 qu\u00e9 tanto los reinados; y no s\u00e9 qu\u00e9 tanto habr\u00edan pensado en esto los que contestaron la encuesta. <\/p>\n<p>Ese porqu\u00e9 somos tan felices se complica al saber que Latinoam\u00e9rica es la regi\u00f3n m\u00e1s feliz del mundo (71 puntos), seguida por el Sudeste Asi\u00e1tico (47 puntos). Y por favor, RCN, no digan que es porque los latinos somos &#8216;m\u00e1s calidos y alegres&#8217; (y adem\u00e1s que sabemos bailar salsa muy bien), porque conozco muchos latinos que no son ni c\u00e1lidos, ni alegres ni bailamos salsa. \u00bfQu\u00e9 tienen en com\u00fan ambas regiones para que les d\u00e9 esto? \u00bfSer\u00e1 el clima ecuatorial, las condiciones de vida de la gente que vive ah\u00ed, la extracci\u00f3n de materias primas?<\/p>\n<p>Ya en el 2011 \u00e9ramos el sexto pa\u00eds m\u00e1s feliz del mundo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wingia.com\/web\/files\/news\/38\/file\/38.pdf\">seg\u00fan esta encuesta<\/a>  del Bar\u00f3metro Global de Esperanza y Felicidad del grupo WIN-Gallup International. Al 30 de diciembre del 2012, subimos al primer lugar. Por cada 100 encuestados del pa\u00eds, hay 77 felices con su vida, dos infelices, 20 que no estaban ni felices ni infelices, y uno que no sab\u00eda\/no respondi\u00f3. Si me hubieran hecho esa pregunta, creo que yo ser\u00eda ese 1%. Claro, la felicidad (y sobre todo la felicidad percibida) es bien dif\u00edcil de medir.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.happyplanetindex.org\/assets\/happy-planet-index-report.pdf\" target=\"Blank\">En esta encuesta quedamos de terceros<\/a>  en el 2012; <a href=\"http:\/\/data360.org\/pdf\/20071219073602.A%20Global%20Projection%20of%20Subjective%20Well-being.pdf\" target=\"Blank\">y en esta otra<\/a> de 34 en el 2006. Todas tienen una bater\u00eda de preguntas distintas, pero existe un supuesto de que, a mayor riqueza, mayor felicidad en un sistema econ\u00f3mico como el nuestro. Por eso la de Gallup tambi\u00e9n pregunta sobre la esperanza en la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds. Aqu\u00ed, Colombia qued\u00f3 en el puesto 17 de los m\u00e1s esperanzados en la econom\u00eda, es decir, que hay un par de personas m\u00e1s que creen que habr\u00e1 prosperidad que las que no. <\/p>\n<p>Entonces, si en el 2012 somos los m\u00e1s felices del mundo, habr\u00eda que pensar qu\u00e9 pas\u00f3 en este a\u00f1o. El balance del 2012 en Colombia es uno que se sigue tambaleando todav\u00eda. Tuvimos Merlanos y Falcaos. Tuvimos leyes Lleras 2.0 y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.matrimonioigualitario.org\/2012\/12\/aprobada-en-comision-primera-matrimonio.html\" target=\"Blank\"> los primeros pasos de aprobaciones de matrimonios igualitarios<\/a>. Tuvimos esc\u00e1ndalos en las cortes y el senado y el inicio de unas conversaciones (preliminares) a un (posible) proceso de paz (del que no se sabe qu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1). Hasta tuvimos gente bailando el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=QVbjB4FkZL8\" target=\"Blank\"> Gangnam Style en la calle<\/a> y <a href=\"http:\/\/i3.kym-cdn.com\/entries\/icons\/original\/000\/011\/944\/ola.jpg target=\"Blank\"> llama con mala ortograf\u00eda<\/a> que se volvi\u00f3 muy famosa en Internet. La lista de altibajos da para mucho m\u00e1s, pero ustedes se hacen la idea. Yo no s\u00e9 si los que respondieron la encuesta pensaron en esto; seguramente yo s\u00ed lo habr\u00eda hecho y por eso no sabr\u00eda\/no responder\u00eda si creer\u00eda que mi vida es feliz. <\/p>\n<p>No tengo una raz\u00f3n para decir por qu\u00e9 el resultado de la encuesta, y ella tampoco nos da mucho m\u00e1s material para trabajar. Por ahora, lo que puedo hacer es especular qu\u00e9 pasar\u00eda en el 2014, cuando salga el nuevo reporte. Especular qu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 con el cumplea\u00f1os n\u00famero cuatro de la solicitud de adopci\u00f3n de las dos mam\u00e1s en Medell\u00edn, que fue el 6 de enero. \u00bfSer\u00e1n los derechos igualitarios la causa de la felicidad en el 2013? O especular qu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 ahora con los finales de las novelas del prime time. \u00bfSer\u00e1 que el regreso de los Uma\u00f1a a Bogot\u00e1 o las canciones de Rafael Orozco van a ser la causa de la felicidad en el 2013? O especular qu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 ahora con los territorios que est\u00e1n quedando en manos de las grandes compa\u00f1\u00edas mineras y por los que, a pesar de todo, nadie da raz\u00f3n. \u00bfSer\u00e1 que la explotaci\u00f3n de los recursos naturales van a ser la causa de la felicidad del pa\u00eds en el 2013?<\/p>\n<p>Ni idea. S\u00f3lo s\u00e9 que Coca-Cola la tiene clara. La causa de la felicidad es que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6RT-iuPbc6s\" target=\"Blank\"> un cajero en una calle cualquiera d\u00e9 un billete de 100 euros<\/a>. Tal vez si Coca-Cola llenara de esos cajeros las calles de Choc\u00f3, Providencia, y la Sierra Nevada, ser\u00edan menos de dos infelices que contestaron la encuesta.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The last Win-Gallup survey on the (in)happiness in the world counterattacks.
