{"id":28125,"date":"2013-08-28T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-08-28T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dejusticia.org\/national-survey-of-legal-needs\/"},"modified":"2017-04-22T17:11:33","modified_gmt":"2017-04-22T22:11:33","slug":"national-survey-of-legal-needs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/develop.dejusticia.org\/en\/national-survey-of-legal-needs\/","title":{"rendered":"National Survey of legal needs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Encuesta Nacional de Necesidades Jur\u00eddicas fue contratada por el Ministerio de Justicia, financiada por el Banco Mundial, y realizada por la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Bogot\u00e1, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de Dejusticia.<\/p>\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito de la encuesta fue evaluar la situaci\u00f3n del acceso a la justicia en la Colombia urbana, identificar los obst\u00e1culos que frustran la concreci\u00f3n de este derecho y hacer recomendaciones de pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica para mejorar el acceso a la justicia y para facilitar la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos.<\/p>\n<p>La Encuesta Nacional de Necesidades Jur\u00eddicas consisti\u00f3 en seis encuestas realizadas a (i) poblaci\u00f3n general, (ii) poblaci\u00f3n en extrema pobreza, (iii) poblaci\u00f3n en situaci\u00f3n de discapacidad, (iv) usuarios de la conciliaci\u00f3n extrajudicial en derecho, (v) empresarios, y (vi) oferta de servicios de conciliaci\u00f3n extrajudicial en derecho. Las ciudades donde se aplicaron las encuestas fueron Bogot\u00e1, Medell\u00edn, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cartagena, Pasto, Monter\u00eda, Tunja, Neiva, Pereira, Villavicencio, Florencia y Quibd\u00f3. Rodrigo Uprimny fue el director de este proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo de Dejusticia se encarg\u00f3 de analizar los hallazgos correspondientes a la poblaci\u00f3n general, a la poblaci\u00f3n en extrema pobreza y a la poblaci\u00f3n en situaci\u00f3n de discapacidad.
