Las medidas que deber\u00e1n implementar la sociedad y el Estado colombiano para la superaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica del conflicto armado son m\u00faltiples y complejas. <\/p>\n

Incluyen procesos de transformaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica sobre el uso y tenencia de la tierra, apertura de espacios reales de participaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y ciudadana, satisfacci\u00f3n efectiva de los derechos de millones de v\u00edctimas y la reintegraci\u00f3n de varios miles de combatientes, entre otras medidas.
\nAdem\u00e1s, Colombia enfrenta la parad\u00f3jica situaci\u00f3n de tener que lidiar con la implementaci\u00f3n de una serie de medidas de justicia transicional que llevan ya casi diez a\u00f1os de vigencia, mientras que, al mismo tiempo, negocia y dise\u00f1a otra serie de medidas que permitan la negociaci\u00f3n de paz con la guerrilla de las FARC (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia), la m\u00e1s grande y antigua del pa\u00eds.
\nM\u00faltiples dudas han suscitado estas negociaciones. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la desconfianza propia de estos escenarios conflictuales polarizados, distintas dudas jur\u00eddicas se han levantado sobre los di\u00e1logos, particularmente sobre la f\u00f3rmula jur\u00eddica que se deber\u00eda aplicar a los futuros guerrilleros desmovilizados, y sobre los me- canismos de refrendaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica de los acuerdos.
