El perfil indaga sobre tres medidas fundamentales del liderazgo: la visi\u00f3n, el ejemplo y los resultados.<\/p>\n<p>Gary Waldecker pone como ejemplo de liderazgo colectivo un equipo de f\u00fatbol durante el juego: \u201cusualmente la persona que tiene el bal\u00f3n ejerce una gran influencia. Pero incluso los que no tienen el bal\u00f3n ejercen influencia por medio de su posici\u00f3n. El liderazgo fluye entre los jugadores, concentr\u00e1ndose en diferentes jugadores en momentos distintos.
