El Acuerdo logra un sano equilibrio entre ofrecer garant\u00edas de seguridad jur\u00eddica para su cumplimiento (para recoger la voluntad de la mitad de los votantes que apoyaron el primer acuerdo de paz) y preservar la integridad de la Constituci\u00f3n del 91 (para atender a las objeciones de los voceros del NO).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Del an\u00e1lisis del PAL 1\/2016 se deriva la propuesta de revisar y modificar el inciso segundo con el objetivo de que no se preste para interpretaciones incorrectas en su relaci\u00f3n con la Constituci\u00f3n de 1991.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Este diagn\u00f3stico&nbsp;ha sido realizado por un grupo diverso compuesto por organizaciones de la sociedad civil, de centros de investigaci\u00f3n adscritos a universidades y acad\u00e9micos, que apoya el proceso de paz entre el gobierno colombiano y las FARC-EP y considera que el PAL 1\/2016 atiende a los fines de la paz y respeta los elementos nucleares de la Constituci\u00f3n
