While designing and approving a new justice reform \u00a0and adopting institutional measures that allow for reforms that do not require regulatory modification, high courts and the Attorney General can take immediate action to deal with the crisis, such as the publication and dissemination of the CV’s of high court judges, the publication of their tax returns, the socialization of justice reform proposals that are being developed, among others. Therefore, we request:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A. A la Corte Suprema de Justicia, al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, al Consejo de Estado y a la Corte Constitucional <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Publicar las hojas de vida y las declaraciones de renta y de bienes de los magistrados titulares y de los magistrados auxiliares.<\/li>\n
  2. Publicar los salarios de todos los cargos de cada una de las corporaciones.<\/li>\n
  3. Divulgar los mecanismos que se est\u00e1n empleando para elegir a los funcionarios y empleados en provisionalidad en los cuales son nominadores, pues estos cargos no son nombrados a trav\u00e9s de concursos, pero implican el desarrollo de funciones esenciales en la administraci\u00f3n de justicia.<\/li>\n
  4. Divulgar las hojas de vida de las personas que aspiran a ocupar cargos en provisionalidad y de libre nombramiento y remoci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  5. Divulgar los mecanismos que se utilizan para definir las listas de conjueces de cada corporaci\u00f3n y para la selecci\u00f3n de los conjueces en los casos concretos.[1]<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. Publicar las hojas de vida de los conjueces de todas las corporaciones.<\/li>\n
  7. Divulgar los nombres de los magistrados titulares que tienen familiares con parentesco hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad y primero civil o con quien est\u00e9n ligados por matrimonio o uni\u00f3n permanente, que ocupan cargos de libre nombramiento y remoci\u00f3n o provisionalidad en la Fiscal\u00eda, los \u00d3rganos de Control, el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica, o en altos cargos de la Rama Ejecutiva.<\/li>\n
  8. Publicar y divulgar las actas de las sesiones de la sala plena y de las salas en las que constan las actuaciones y decisiones de car\u00e1cter administrativo y de los impedimentos de los magistrados.<\/li>\n
  9. Publicar y divulgar las actas de las sesiones de la sala plena y de las salas en las que constan los debates, actuaciones y decisiones judiciales, de conformidad con lo establecido en la ley estatutaria de administraci\u00f3n de justicia.<\/li>\n
  10. Publicar y divulgar las licencias y las comisiones de servicio que se otorgan a los magistrados titulares.<\/li>\n
  11. Publicar y socializar las propuestas de reforma a la justicia que est\u00e1n elaborando.<\/li>\n
  12. Publicar oportunamente y en los plazos establecidos las decisiones judiciales adoptadas, con sus correspondientes salvamentos o aclaraciones de voto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    B. Al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Publicar las cifras de todos los cargos de funcionarios y empleados que est\u00e1n en provisionalidad (incluidos los cargos permanentes creados en 2015), y en cargos de descongesti\u00f3n en la Rama judicial, discriminados por tipo de cargo y lugar donde se desempe\u00f1a.<\/li>\n
    2. Publicar y socializar el Plan Anticorrupci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
    3. Publicar los indicadores de congesti\u00f3n, retraso, productividad y eficacia de todas las jurisdicciones de la Rama de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      C. A la Corte Suprema de Justicia <\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Elegir de manera pronta al Magistrado de la Sala Civil de la Corte Suprema que lleva m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o en interinidad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u00a0D.\u00a0<\/strong>A la Corte Constitucional <\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Elegir de manera pronta al Magistrado del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          E. A la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Implementar cuanto antes los concursos de m\u00e9ritos que se encuentran pendientes.<\/li>\n
          2. Publicar el n\u00famero de cargos de carrera que se encuentran ocupados en provisionalidad.<\/li>\n
          3. Publicar la declaraci\u00f3n de renta y la declaraci\u00f3n de bienes del Fiscal General y de la Vicefiscal General.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Tambi\u00e9n, manifiesta que uno de sus miembros fundadores, Danilo Rojas Betancourth, es magistrado del Consejo de Estado.
