{"id":40292,"date":"2017-10-17T09:41:17","date_gmt":"2017-10-17T14:41:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dejusticia.org\/regular-el-mercado-ilegal-un-modelo-de-politica-de-drogas-con-perspectiva-de-derechos-humanos\/"},"modified":"2017-10-18T18:26:50","modified_gmt":"2017-10-18T23:26:50","slug":"regular-el-mercado-ilegal-un-modelo-de-politica-de-drogas-con-perspectiva-de-derechos-humanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/develop.dejusticia.org\/en\/regular-el-mercado-ilegal-un-modelo-de-politica-de-drogas-con-perspectiva-de-derechos-humanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulate the illicit market: a drug policy model with a human rights approach"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Dejusticia&#8217;s drug policy line was invited to participate in the publication &#8220;Illicit Drugs and Drug Trafficking: New Developments in Latin America&#8221; \u200b\u200bof the Latin American Group of Studies on International Criminal Law, led by the Rule of Law program of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Colombia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La l\u00ednea de pol\u00edtica de drogas de Dejusticia fue invitada a participar de la publicaci\u00f3n\u00a0&#8220;Drogas il\u00edcitas y narcotr\u00e1fico: nuevos desarrollos en Am\u00e9rica Latina&#8221;\u00a0del Grupo Latinoamericano de Estudios sobre Derecho Penal Internacional, dirigida por el programa de Estado de Derecho\u00a0\u00a0la Fundaci\u00f3n Konrad Adenauer en Colombia.<\/p>\n<p>El aporte de los investigadores Rodrigo Uprimny, Sergio Chaparro y Luis Felipe Cruz consisti\u00f3 en analizar los pros y contras de los diferentes modelos de pol\u00edtica de drogas, usando como criterios los derechos humanos, la salud p\u00fablica y la costo-efectividad de las medidas de pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica que cada uno de los modelos usa.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera la prohibici\u00f3n, la reducci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os y la liberalizaci\u00f3n absoluta son estrategias que podr\u00edan tener mayores riesgos a la salud o profundizar los efectos da\u00f1inos de la actual pol\u00edtica de drogas.
