{"id":40527,"date":"2017-10-30T11:23:48","date_gmt":"2017-10-30T16:23:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dejusticia.org\/comentarios-sobre-el-proyecto-de-ley-estatutaria-de-administracion-de-la-jurisdiccion-especial-para-la-paz\/"},"modified":"2017-11-14T09:21:28","modified_gmt":"2017-11-14T14:21:28","slug":"comentarios-sobre-el-proyecto-de-ley-estatutaria-de-administracion-de-la-jurisdiccion-especial-para-la-paz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/develop.dejusticia.org\/en\/comentarios-sobre-el-proyecto-de-ley-estatutaria-de-administracion-de-la-jurisdiccion-especial-para-la-paz\/","title":{"rendered":"Comments on the statutory bill to implement the Special Jurisdiction for Peace"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A group of academics, research centers within universities, and civil society organizations, including Dejusticia, presents an analysis of the Draft Statutory Law that is being circulated in Congress and seeks to create the rules to administer the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apoyamos el proceso de paz entre el gobierno colombiano y las FARC-EP, cuyos miembros est\u00e1n en proceso de reincorporaci\u00f3n a la vida civil, y consideramos que este proyecto\u00a0tiene especial relevancia legal y es trascendental para la terminaci\u00f3n del conflicto y la consolidaci\u00f3n de la paz.<\/p>\n<p>Creemos que el proyecto fija las reglas sustantivas, procesales y org\u00e1nicas de la JEP, y adiciona una serie de normas que le permiten a esta\u00a0instituci\u00f3n operar garantizando el debido proceso a quienes sean sometidos a su jurisdicci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el derecho a la justicia de las v\u00edctimas de graves violaciones. Adem\u00e1s, es trascendental pol\u00edticamente para la sostenibilidad del proceso de terminaci\u00f3n del conflicto y construcci\u00f3n de paz.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema judicial especializado de la JEP es necesario para dar un cierre jur\u00eddico y definitivo al conflicto armado. La JEP es una novedad en el \u00e1mbito de transiciones, tanto en la historia colombiana como en el mundo. Precisamente por la importancia normativa y pol\u00edtica de este proyecto de ley, le sugerimos al Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica que tenga en cuenta unos criterios orientadores en su discusi\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n de: aclaraci\u00f3n, simplificaci\u00f3n y adecuaci\u00f3n normativa.<\/p>\n<p>Descargue el documento completo al final de la
