The IACHR will also receive information on good practices, experiences and challenges in this area, and inputs on accountability, access to resources and effective reparation in this context.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dejusticia y Conectas presentar\u00e1n insumos sobre varios asuntos que preocupan en relaci\u00f3n a la implementaci\u00f3n de los <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ohchr.org\/Documents\/Publications\/GuidingPrinciplesBusinessHR_SP.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Principios Rectores sobre las Empresas y los Derechos Humanos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y recoger\u00e1n cr\u00edticas y lecciones aprendidas a trav\u00e9s de sus respectivas investigaciones sobre empresas y derechos humanos, y en especial su trabajo conjunto en el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Observatorio sobre el Grupo de Trabajo de la ONU sobre empresas y derechos humanos<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Estos insumos apuntan a contribuir tanto para el desarrollo de lineamientos interamericanos sobre empresas y derechos humanos como a la implementaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s efectiva de los Principios Rectores en los pa\u00edses bajo el sistema interamericano. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La intervenci\u00f3n de Dejusticia y Conectas se basa en un documento escrito que las organizaciones presentaron a la CIDH con motivo de esta audiencia, y que se enfoca en temas de implementaci\u00f3n y acceso a remedios efectivos en el contexto de actividades empresariales. El documento recoge est\u00e1ndares interamericanos que repercuten en mecanismos de monitoreo y planes de implementaci\u00f3n de los Principios Rectores, y ejemplos de pr\u00e1cticas que deben mejorar en la protecci\u00f3n de derechos humanos en el contexto de actividades empresariales. Por ejemplo, enfatiza las fallas que hemos identificado en los Planes Nacionales de Acci\u00f3n (en particular en el PNA de Colombia) y argumenta que los mecanismos no-judiciales para el monitoreo y el acceso a remedios eficaces requiere mayor atenci\u00f3n a la participaci\u00f3n de las comunidades en el dise\u00f1o y la implementaci\u00f3n de estos mecanismos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, \u00a0trata una serie de temas que no han recibido suficiente atenci\u00f3n o que se han tratado desde una perspectiva universal que no refleja las obligaciones vinculantes que existen en el sistema interamericano. Estos temas son: la debida diligencia sobre derechos humanos, los derechos de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas, las alianzas p\u00fablico-privadas, las empresas p\u00fablicas y el papel de entidades que proveen financiamiento para el desarrollo deben jugar en la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puede leer el documento completo
