Sergio is a lawyer and specialist in Procedural Law Institutions from the Faculty of Law, Political and Social Sciences of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Law with a specialization in Procedural Law at the same institution. His areas of interest are philosophy, legal theory, procedural law, territorial rights, legal epistemology, socio-legal studies, among others. He is currently a professor of general procedural law.
