Twenty years ago we chose the path of using law as a tool to transform realities. We research, litigate and, as an active part of civil society, propose public policies that expand rights and combat inequalities.
From the Global South, we weave alliances with organizations and activists fighting for social and environmental justice and Human Rights. Our work has been recognized for its ability to influence, educate, resist and build from a collective, critical and intersectional perspective.
You can make a one-time or monthly (recurring) donation starting from 10,000 Colombian pesos (COP). When you do, you will receive a certificate for tax deduction.

Your contribution allows us to fight for social and environmental justice and human rights in Colombia and the Global South. We share some of our achievements:
Research for advocacy
We strengthen the links between academia and civil society, influence public policies and train social leaders, through more than 300 socio-legal research projects since 2005.
High level of judicial success
We drive structural changes and the creation/adjustment of public policies, with participation and monitoring of affected communities. In the last two years we achieved an 88% success rate in national litigation and international interventions.
Human rights training school
We design training programs and co-creation spaces that combine action-research to promote critical thinking, skill development and community building. We receive between 300 and 400 participants from the Global South annually.
Strengthening Civil Society Organizations
We promote regional strategies to strengthen the programmatic and organizational resilience of civil society in the face of civic space restrictions and the rise of authoritarian regimes. We support more than 90 organizations and 850 social leaders through over 1,350 collaborative work sessions across South America.
Colombia’s Most Admired NGO
We represent an independent and relevant voice amid growing polarization. For the fourth consecutive year, we lead first place among the most admired organizations in the Figures and Concepts Opinion Panel ranking.
