We materialize the legality of power, reflected in the expression "Rule of Law," through research on the protection of human rights: civil, political, social, and economic. From this perspective, we also study the ways in which citizens engage with the law to foster a democratic legal culture, as well as the impact of technological developments on human rights and the promotion of transparency and accountability of both public and private actors.
