We conduct research, critical reflection and advocacy activities to unveil the logic and effects of transitional justice initiatives and measures implemented in Colombia and in the global south, and with that knowledge we promote legal, social and political practices inside and outside the country that satisfy the rights of victims of atrocious crimes to truth, justice, reparation and non-repetition in judicial and extrajudicial scenarios, while promoting social justice and allowing society to dissent or generate political consensus in a peaceful manner.
